A bit disappointed. . .

Just found out that the print version of my latest book, "NeuroDivergent Rebel's - The Weight of Normal," will be distributed on Amazon (something I didn't want to do due to ethical concerns about Amazon) because Draft2Digital won't let me opt out of distribution with this seller (unless I opt out of print books entirely).

Per their note:

"All print books go through our print partners Ingram, who print, ship, and distribute D2D's print books. All books in D2D print are distributed only using Ingram’s distribution network, making your title available for order to over 39,000 bookstores, online retailers, libraries, and schools, as well as Amazon.com. The only way to remove your print book from Amazon is to delist your book entirely from D2D Print."

Very disappointing to hear that I can't omit certain sellers from picking up my latest book because of my ethical concerns about working with Amazon.

As a favor, I want to ask my readers:

If you see ANY OF my books on Amazon, please try to buy them from other sellers and don't support Amazon by buying them there.

If you're in the US, preorders for print versions of The Weight of Normal are now up at Barnes & Noble, and more retailers will be coming soon (especially if we get enough pre-orders).

Autism, Identity, and Me is available directly from the publisher.

There are better places to get Workplace NeuroDiversity Rising, which is still available on Amazon (even though I manually unpublished it from KDP), in multiple formats. Maybe this is why it's still up there even though I unpublished it.

Some good news: Pre-orders for print copies of The Weight of Normal are now available at Barnes N Noble.
